Shampoo: Thoroughly wet hair and scalp with warm water. Apply 3 to 5 ml to scalp and lather up. Leave on 3 minutes. Rinse off thoroughly. Shampoo twice for best result.
Conditioner: after shampooing, massage into wet hair. rinse off thoroughly.
