Shipping Fee & Services

  • We currently have FREE SHIPPING for orders from $150. Detergent is exclusive. We will have short-term 2 to 3 days FREE SHIPPING promotions for orders over $75. Please check back PROMOTION PAGE regularly.
  • When ordering at Ausco, Inc.'s website such as: loverscare.com, loverse.com, comsilk.com, naturoma.com, we use UPS shipping. Unless shipping fees are stated for special promotional products, shipping fee are shown as below:
  • For Lover's Hair Salon Colouring shampoo and Naturoma Air Freshener is $6 for 1st item, $1/additional item (first item includes all non-free-shipping items purchased in the same order at the same website).
  • For Loverse Serum products, shipping fee is FREE for US domestic. For international order of Loverse pearl serums, go to Loverse.com
  • For Softlan detergents, shipping fee is $8/bottle, $6/bottle from the 4th bottle.
  • For all other products, shipping fee is $6 for 1st item, $3 for 2nd item, $2/item from the 3rd item.

  • For UPS shipping, delivery time is around 4 business days, but sometimes from 5 to 6 business days (not including holidays).
  • For shipments by trucks, delivery time is around from 1 week to 2 weeks depend on destination.
  • Buyers have to check if the shipment has enough items before signing. Buyers have to take pictures and send to sales@ausco-inc.com for any damage so that we can claim with shipping carriers.

Return Shipment Policy

Retail Policy: Opened products are non-returnable. All returned unopened products will be accepted within 7 days counting from products arrived. Customer(s) will be responsible for all returning expenses, including 10% restocking fee. No refund, store credit will be retained.

Wholesale Policy: Return for credits will be applied 10% restocking fee except cosmetics. Re-sellers have to return item(s) before 90 days of expiration date to exchange only for same new item(s). The products that reseller(s) ordered and wanted Ausco to temporarily keep inside our warehouse will be counted 7 days from the invoice date, and no restocking fee charge. No refund, store credit will be retained. The trial period is extended from 7 days to 30 days only for cosmetics. Re-seller(s) will be responsible for all returning expenses

Shipment Tracking

For shipment tracking inquiries, please send request for online tracking to admin@ausco-inc.com. Please include your name, e-maill address, order date, and invoice number of your order. Thank you for using Ausco-inc products.
